Jaika has completed additional professional training including a Clinical Dry Needling Diploma, IASTM Practitioner Certification, and training in motor, sensory and cognitive strategies for stroke rehabilitation. She is also trained in CPR, First Aid and Basic Life Support.
Patient education is an important part of Jaika's approach. She works closely with patients to help them understand their condition, the purpose of their treatment, and what they can do between appointments to support their recovery and reduce the risk of future problems.
As part of Cayman Medical's multidisciplinary team, Jaika can work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals when a patient's rehabilitation would benefit from coordinated care.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, managing persistent pain, experiencing reduced mobility, or simply want to regain confidence in your movement, Jaika would be pleased to help you work toward better function and a more active life.
