General Practitioner / Family Physician to serve the Cayman Islands community by providing comprehensive primary care while helping to further develop Cayman Medical's Preventive and Longevity Medicine services.

The ideal physician will combine broad Family Medicine experience with a strong interest in proactive health management, prevention, metabolic health, weight management and evidence-based approaches to healthy aging and long-term health optimization.

Basic requirements:
-Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the Cayman Islands.
-Recognized training and experience in General Practice / Family Medicine.
-At least 5 years of independent clinical practice experience.
-Broad experience in primary care, preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
-Comfortable treating patients across all age groups and a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
-Strong interest and preferably additional training or experience in Preventive Medicine, Longevity Medicine, metabolic health, weight management or healthy aging.
-Experience with medical weight-management programs, including GLP-1 therapies, is an advantage.

Basic requirements:

Rheumatologist to serve the Cayman Islands community by providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of rheumatologic, inflammatory, autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions.

The physician will work collaboratively with Cayman Medical's Family Medicine, specialty Open MRI, Physiotherapy, Pain Management and Musculoskeletal services and will have the opportunity to develop and grow a comprehensive rheumatology service.

Basic requirements:
-Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the Cayman Islands.
-Recognized specialist qualification in Rheumatology.
-At least 5 years of experience practicing Rheumatology.
-Broad experience in inflammatory arthritis, autoimmune and connective-tissue disorders, osteoporosis and other rheumatologic conditions.

-Comfortable managing both new consultations and long-term chronic patients.

Neurologist to serve the Cayman Islands community by providing comprehensive outpatient neurological diagnostic and therapeutic services.

The physician will work closely with Cayman Medical's specialty Open MRI, Family Medicine, Pain Management and Physiotherapy services and will have the opportunity to develop an integrated neurological and neuro-musculoskeletal service.

Basic requirements:
-Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the Cayman Islands.
-Recognized specialist qualification in Neurology.
-At least 5 years of experience practicing Neurology.
-Broad outpatient experience including headache, dizziness, neuropathy, radiculopathy, movement disorders and other neurological conditions.
-Experience with EMG/NCS is highly desirable.
-Experience with neurological office-based procedures and headache treatments is an advantage.
-Strong interest in working collaboratively with MRI, Pain Management, Physiotherapy and Primary Care services.

Cayman Medical is seeking an experienced dual-qualified MRI and Ultrasound Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services within our modern outpatient medical facility.

The successful candidate will perform both MRI and diagnostic ultrasound examinations and will work closely with our radiology, medical and administrative teams to provide an efficient, professional and patient-centered imaging service.

Cayman Medical operates a specialty Open MRI system offering unique capabilities including weight-bearing, positional, dynamic and in-motion MRI examinations.

Basic requirements:
-Professionally qualified and experienced in both MRI and diagnostic ultrasound imaging.
-Licensed or eligible for professional registration/licensure in the Cayman Islands.
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant imaging experience is preferred.
-Strong experience performing routine MRI examinations independently.
-Experience with Open MRI, positional MRI, weight-bearing MRI or dynamic imaging is an advantage but not required.
-Experience with Esaote G-Scan highly desirable.
